What You’ll Do
- Work closely with the General Counsel, Head of Sales and SVP of Growth to oversee all legal aspects of customer documentation and capital markets technology products
- Draft and negotiate SaaS and other customer agreements
- Review and negotiate documentation in connection with our technology platform services and our Capital Solutions team
- Keep up to speed with industry trends and legal and regulatory market changes

Our platform is the funding operating system for originators: it verifies and stores documents, automates critical calculations and compliance reporting, and digitizes assets like homes or cars. Setpoint's technology makes warehouse transactions instant and error-free.
Compensation
- Compensation includes a target OTE range of $250,000 - $325,000 consisting of base salary and a performance-based bonus.
- Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's location, skills, experience, and market considerations.
