Responsibilities
- Oversee all legal aspects of customer documentation and capital markets technology products
- Draft and negotiate SaaS and customer agreements
- Review and negotiate documentation for technology platform services
- Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes
- Collaborate with the General Counsel, Head of Sales, and SVP of Growth
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in capital markets and finance agreement drafting and negotiation
- JD degree from a top-tier law school
- Admission to the New York bar in good standing
- Experience with fintech (plus)
