About the role
Design custom programs and initiatives for 7 countries included in the Americas’ talent strategy. Coordinating with HR Business Partners, Managers and LFT Board to deliver recurring programming. Liaise with Group HR, CIB HR and local Talent Leads to run the Americas LfT nomination process. Provide Talent Advisory to Global Banking Americas’ Leadership and HR Business Partners. Partner with the Americas' Executive Committee, CHRO to define program criteria and annual goals.
Responsibilities
- Design custom programs and initiatives for 7 countries included in the Americas’ talent strategy.
- Coordinating with HR Business Partners, Managers and LFT Board to deliver recurring programming.
- Liaise with Group HR, CIB HR and local Talent Leads to run the Americas LfT nomination process.
- Provide Talent Advisory to Global Banking Americas’ Leadership and HR Business Partners.
- Partner with the Americas' Executive Committee, CHRO to define program criteria and annual goals.
- Telecommuting permitted 40%: Work may be performed within normal commuting distance from the BNP Paribas RCC inc. office in New York and Jersey City.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (US or Foreign Equivalent) in Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing, Change Management, Graphic Design, or related field and five (5) years of experience in job offered or related role.
- Associate’s degree (US or Foreign Equivalent) in Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing, Change Management, Graphic Design, or related field and five (5) years of experience in job offered or related role.
- Must have five (5) years of experience with: Talent and Development; Financial Services Industry knowledge; Instructional and Program: designed talent‑development road‑maps that directly support business goal; in-person and digital delivery; Vendor/Supplier Management including the identification, contracting, and evaluating work product; Stakeholder Management: Advise and secures buy‑in, resources, and alignment across the organization for annual programming; and Leading change whilst managing competing priorities and ambiguity within a complex matrix organization.

Pay
$140,000 - $190,000/year. Actual salary may vary based on factors such as experience level, location of role, etc.
Schedule
9am to 5pm, 40 hours a week. (Monday – Friday)
