Vice President - Investments
Key Responsibilities
- Provide acquisition leadership in deal procurement, underwriting, negotiation, oversight of due diligence, and investment committee memos
- Create, present to, and approve by the representative Investment Committee
- Execute on post-acquisition strategies to ensure investment success and integration of the asset into the ownership's portfolio
- Communicate with clients, joint venture partners, consultants, brokers, legal and risk management professionals
- Aid in quarterly asset valuations
- Assist with special projects and other responsibilities as assigned
What You Should Bring
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in real estate acquisitions preferably in the industrial / logistics sector
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in real estate, finance, business, accounting, economics or related area
- Expert ability to review and understand financial models in excel and Argus Enterprise required
- Strong quantitative skills and demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail including an editing eye, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong negotiating skills with the ability to navigate nuanced and complex investment scenarios
- Ability to function both in a team-oriented setting, and independently
- Strong sense of personal motivation, responsibility, entrepreneurship, team player, low ego
- Ability to work well alone / with a team with little to no supervision in fast paced environments

- Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year for pre-approved education expenses; Repayment obligations may apply if employment ends prior to 24 months
- Retirement: 401(k) Plan with dollar-for-dollar company match up to 6%; Contributions are fully vested immediately; Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate; Eligibility requires a minimum age of 21 and at least 60 days of service
- Learning & Development: Tuition reimbursement of up to $5,000 per year for pre-approved education expenses; Repayment obligations may apply if employment ends prior to 24 months
