Vice President, Integrated Strategy

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, Integrated Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This leader will shape the strategic direction for key healthcare and life sciences brands, bringing together brand, communications, CX, and omnichannel thinking into a cohesive point of view. The role partners closely with creative, client, and cross-functional leaders to deliver work that is both strategically rigorous and commercially effective. It also plays a visible role in new business efforts, helping define the thinking that wins trust and drives growth. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $150,000 – $185,000 annually Responsibilities Serve as the strategic lead for assigned brands, providing clear and compelling direction Architect and oversee brand, creative, communications, and omnichannel strategies Identify opportunities to apply proprietary data and platforms to strengthen brand offerings Lead new business pitches by presenting a persuasive strategic vision Manage and mentor direct reports, fostering growth and intellectual curiosity Establish best practices that support consistent excellence in strategic deliverables Partner with cross-functional leaders to deepen organizational understanding of strategy Qualifications 12+ years of experience in brand, communications, or CX strategy, including at least 5 years in a healthcare advertising agency Deep expertise across therapeutic categories with successful pharma and biotech brand launches in the US 8+ years of direct management experience, including developing and inspiring strategic talent Strong command of strategic tools and frameworks, including qualitative and quantitative research Excellent presentation and storytelling skills for client-facing communications Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred Benefits Competitive compensation package Health benefits including Medical, Dental, and Vision Company match 401k Flexible paid time off (PTO) and sick time Commitment to a thriving work environment that supports personal development Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
