Vice President, Information Technology

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, Information Technology to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This executive will shape enterprise technology strategy and lead a large, distributed organization supporting the business’s core operational backbone. The role will partner closely with senior leadership to modernize systems, strengthen governance, and advance AI-enabled transformation across the enterprise. It is a highly visible leadership position with responsibility for balancing innovation, security, and operational reliability in a fast-moving consumer technology environment.

Location: Santa Barbara, CA — US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of 150+ across multiple technology disciplines
• Set and execute the enterprise technology strategy in collaboration with senior leadership
• Own and manage enterprise applications and systems crucial to business operations
• Implement AI solutions and establish cross-functional transformation initiatives
• Develop data strategy and governance models in alignment with enterprise needs
• Modernize security protocols to meet evolving technological demands
• Manage IT investments and vendor relationships effectively

Qualifications

• 15+ years of enterprise technology leadership experience at scale
• Proven track record of operationalizing AI, automation, and modernization
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity and public company governance
• Demonstrated ability to manage global, distributed teams
• Experience with enterprise applications, data, infrastructure, and security

Pay

$262,000 – $326,900 annually
