Vice President, ICHRA Strategy, Product & Experience

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, ICHRA Strategy, Product & Experience to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This leader will own the strategy and execution of a growing consumer-facing health benefits offering, with a focus on product vision, roadmap development, and experience design. The role will partner closely with technology, operations, and business leaders to translate insights into scalable solutions that improve service delivery and support organizational growth. This is a highly cross-functional leadership position with direct influence on customer outcomes, operational performance, and business results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and capability development for the company's health benefits offering
• Translate insights into scalable products and operational solutions that support growth
• Collaborate with technology and business leaders to optimize customer-centric solutions
• Enhance experiences for customers and stakeholders through continuous improvement
• Monitor business performance metrics to align operations with strategic goals
• Execute projects to ensure product goals are met
• Comply with company policies and perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in product management, business operations, or customer experience
• Proven experience in strategic management
• Experience in residential PHCE service and replacement is required
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on cross-functional collaboration
