Responsibilities
- Lead HR strategy and day-to-day execution across a multi-site organization
- Partner with executive leadership and business leaders on people initiatives
- Support employee relations, compliance, performance management, and policy development
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, and employee engagement
- Lead and develop the HR team
- Support payroll, benefits, HR operations, and workforce planning initiatives
- Drive culture, communication, and organizational development efforts
- Maintain visibility with field and corporate teams
Requirements
- Senior HR leadership experience at the Director, Sr. Director, Head of HR, or VP level
- Experience supporting a large employee population
- Multi-site, field-based, or distributed workforce experience
- Strong employee relations, compliance, talent, and HR operations background
- Ability to partner with executive leadership while remaining hands-on
- Strong communication, judgment, and leadership skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
Preferred Skills
- Restaurant, hospitality, retail, food service, or service-based industry experience
- Union or labor relations exposure
- HR certification or advanced degree
Pay
$220,000 - $260,000 Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
