Job Responsibilities
- Provides hands-on HR consultation and strategic business partnership across domestic properties and corporate.
- Serves as a Workday SME for the HCM/recruiting modules.
- Maintains clear internal communication and supports an informed workforce.
- Develops policies and initiatives to attract and retain talent.
- Supports acquisitions/closures and delivers HR training.
- Coaches HR staff and promotes consistency across locations.
- Contributes to HR reporting and models company values in all actions.
- Promotes consistency of OUTRIGGER HR philosophy in all locations, including Asia Pacific properties.
Minimum Requirements
- 10 years of experience leading a major function(s) within Human Resources in a service-related industry of a company generally equal to or greater size (4,000) than OUTRIGGER.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; or equivalent work experience is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
