About the role
Artemis is hiring a Vice President of Human Resources to lead our HR strategy and team. You'll partner with executive leadership on workforce planning and change management, and own talent, retention, culture, and compliance across the organization.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of progressive HR leadership, including senior-level oversight
- Deep knowledge of federal and state employment law, policy development, and risk mitigation
- A track record of partnering with executive leadership to shape strategy
- Experience leading neutral, discreet workplace investigations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in HR, Business, or Organizational Development
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification
- Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or another regulated environment
