Vice President, HR Strategy
Job Responsibilities
- Manages initiatives and projects to address people and organizational challenges identified by senior leaders
- Applies structured problem-solving and design thinking to address strategic HR priorities
- Gathers, synthesizes, analyzes, and presents project data and findings, including workforce analytics, benchmarking, and cost modeling
- Executes analyses and develops recommendations on talent, organizational, and HR operating model topics
- Researches competitor and industry HR trends, best practices, and talent market dynamics using appropriate sources
- Develops strategic presentations for internal and external audiences
- Maintains awareness of trends in human capital, the future of work, and HR technology and shares insights with the broader team and senior executives
- Coaches and manages junior team members
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Diverse problem-solving experience from either a premier management consulting firm, an internal HR Strategy or Corporate Strategy group, or a human capital advisory practice with at least 1+ years of management experience
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to apply quantitative approaches to problem-solving
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong presentation development and delivery skills
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
