Responsibilities

  • Partnership Development: Develop and expand strategic relationships with healthcare providers, physician practices, and community healthcare organizations to support business growth initiatives.
  • Business Growth: Identify new partnership opportunities, negotiate agreements, and maintain a strong pipeline to achieve organizational growth objectives.
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee healthcare partnership operations, ensuring service quality, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and successful program execution.
  • Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, manage revenue and profitability goals, and identify opportunities to improve operational and financial outcomes.
  • Performance Optimization: Establish performance metrics, evaluate partnership effectiveness, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the network.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop cross-functional teams while collaborating with clinical, operational, compliance, finance, and executive leadership stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or Public Health is required (Master's degree is strongly preferred).
  • 7-10+ years of progressive healthcare operations experience is required, including experience in partnerships, business development, managed care, care management, or value-based care.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, value-based care models, Medicaid managed care programs, care management services, and healthcare partnership strategies is required.
  • Experience with healthcare performance reporting, operational analytics, financial management, business planning, and partnership management is required.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, relationship-building, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills with demonstrated success managing complex healthcare partnerships are required.
