As the Vice President of Global Talent, you will shape and implement the talent strategy for Tiffany & Co., driving a culture of excellence and growth across the organization. Your creativity, strategic thinking, people development skills, and passion for talent will be essential in attracting, retaining, and developing top-tier talent globally.
Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Executive Recruitment
- Lead the global talent acquisition strategy, collaborating with regional teams to implement programs and initiatives.
- Drive executive-level recruitment, partnering with senior leadership to understand talent needs.
- Work closely with the CHRO on confidential mapping projects and market intelligence.
- Develop a strong network of executive talent to proactively fill leadership positions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key talent globally, both internal and external to the Group.
- Cultivate relationships with select agencies and search firms for market insights.
- Develop and execute innovative talent attraction strategies to activate the company’s People Promise.
- Manage vendor relationships (e.g., LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Business of Fashion) and create immersive content that reflects Tiffany’s brand and storytelling.
- Enhance talent attraction activities for critical roles, including hard-to-fill positions, retail, craft, and early career talent.
- Build programs for continuous learning and upskilling within the global talent acquisition team.
- Utilize data and analytics to drive recruitment decisions and improve hiring processes.
- Ensure a rigorous and transparent selection process for executive hires, including assessments and interviews.
- Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness
- Implement talent management initiatives to identify high-potential employees and develop succession plans.
- Engage with top Group and Company Key Contributors at Tiffany to align career strategies with business goals.
- Conduct annual development conversations with global Key Contributors.
- Assess current talent capabilities and create strategies for talent development in partnership with leadership.
- Provide guidance on performance management processes to foster a culture of continuous feedback.
- Monitor employee engagement and retention metrics, addressing talent-related issues proactively.
- Analyze feedback and provide themes to HR Business Partners and Employee Relations.
- Early Career Programming
- Design and implement programs to attract, onboard, and develop early career talent, including interns, graduates, VIEs, apprentices, and entry-level employees.
- Develop and lead current programs (e.g., internships, apprenticeships, VIE, SKEMA) with conversion strategies to demonstrate impact and ROI.
- Collaborate with U.S. and international universities to build a diverse early career talent pipeline.
- Work with LVMH on the overarching ‘Next Gen’ strategy.
- Expand early careers programs globally through creative engagements and partnerships with influential schools.
- Create programming for effective conversion of interns to full-time employees and early career enrichment.
- LVMH Partnership
- Act as the global liaison for Tiffany & Co. within the LVMH Group and Watch & Jewelry Division.
- Represent Tiffany at Open Source, regional/functional Organizational Management Reviews (OMRs).
- Lead the annual development of Tiffany’s OMR presentation for LVMH.
- Serve as the lead on new Group activations (e.g., Rise, Career Compass, LVMH Survey).
- Learning & Development
- Create and deliver learning and development programs aligned with organizational strategic goals.
- Identify key learning gaps (e.g., Onboarding) to create high-impact, immersive experiences.
- Expand learning beyond traditional classroom models to include rotations, mentorship, and immersive experiences.
- Develop bespoke learning opportunities for Key Contributors.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and enhance offerings based on feedback.
- Partner with external vendors and internal subject matter experts for diverse learning opportunities.
- Oversee LVMH House learning nominations and align them with talent management and succession planning.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in talent networking, development, acquisition, and engagement strategies.

Pay
The hiring range for this position is $225,000.00 - $275,000.00, dependent on relevant skills and experience. Management is also eligible for a bonus.
