Vice President, FP&A

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, FP&A to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This leader will oversee enterprise financial planning and analysis for a fast-growing SaaS environment, with a focus on forecasting, budgeting, and operational planning. The role partners closely with executive leadership and the Board to turn financial data into actionable strategy and performance visibility. It also leads process automation, analytics, and reporting improvements that strengthen decision-making across the organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 25 finance professionals
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning processes
• Design and implement financial models and AI analytics for SaaS metrics
• Drive process automation in financial systems with real-time solutions
• Collaborate with executive leadership to translate financial data into strategies
• Provide visibility into financial performance for stakeholders and the Board
• Conduct analysis on key SaaS metrics like ARR, churn, and acquisition costs

Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial planning and analysis, with leadership experience in SaaS or tech companies
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA preferred
• Experience managing a finance team of 20+ professionals
• Track record of automating financial processes and implementing BI solutions
• Ability to analyze complex SaaS metrics for strategic guidance

Pay

$175,000 – $210,000 annually
