Vice President FP&A
About the role
This is a newly created, enterprise-wide leadership role and one of the most consequential finance appointments the company will make in its new ownership chapter. The Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis serves as the enterprise leader for financial strategy, planning, and performance management across the company, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, with dotted-line relationships to and close collaboration with the Presidents of the business units. The existing FP&A teams report to this position. The mandate is to build a modern, data-driven finance function. This leader will consolidate what has historically been segment-level planning into a single enterprise capability, standardizing processes, elevating analytical horsepower, and embedding predictive and prescriptive insight into how the business makes decisions, all in service of profitable growth, margin expansion, and capital efficiency. The scope reaches well beyond budgeting and forecasting. This role is the financial engine behind the company's enterprise priorities: building commercial excellence, enhancing digital experience and software offerings, expanding the company's Brands and value-added services, and driving efficiencies in operations. As the company invests behind higher-margin services and its practice management software and technology platforms, this leader will sit at the center of the enterprise value-creation story. It is a rare opportunity to build a best-in-class enterprise FP&A function from the ground up, with full executive visibility, in a business with genuine scale and a clear growth thesis.
