Responsibilities
- Defining and executing a multi-year Florida water market growth strategy
- Establishing Barge’s brand presence and trusted-client status
- Leading key client relationships, pursuit strategy, and account development
- Recruiting, developing, and mentoring a high-performing Florida-based water team
- Partnering with firm leadership to align growth with Barge’s strategy, culture, and values
- Lead, strategize and support Barge participation in Florida water and wastewater professional societies; and regional and statewide seminars and conferences
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from accredited program
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the A&E industry
- Demonstrated success securing and delivering projects for public sector clients
- Extensive professional network in FL comprised of clients, competitors, and contractors
- Professional Engineer License preferred but not required
