Vice President, Financial Planning & Strategic Finance
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes summary, essential duties, other duties, supervisory responsibilities, qualifications, education/experience, certificates, work complexity, work environment, physical demands, EEO, etc. We need to map to sections: About the role (maybe summary), Responsibilities (essential duties + other duties + supervisory?), Requirements (maybe qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe education/experience?), Skills (maybe advanced Excel, communication etc.), Benefits (none given), Pay (none), Schedule (none). We should not create sections with placeholder text. So we include only sections where we have content. We have summary paragraph: "The Vice President, Financial Planning & Strategic Finance is a senior finance leader ..." That's about the role. Responsibilities: essential duties list (many bullet points). Also other duties and supervisory responsibilities. We'll combine into Responsibilities section. Qualifications: education and experience, certificates etc. Could be separate sections: Qualifications (education/experience) and Skills (certificates? Actually certificates are plus). But we need to follow instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills. Possibly Requirements (maybe same as Qualifications?). But we should not duplicate. We'll decide: About the role (summary), Responsibilities (duties), Qualifications (education/experience), Skills (technical skills, certificates). We'll not include Requirements if we don't have distinct content. We must not repeat job title as heading. We'll not include Job ID. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, ADA, etc. Also remove "Other Job Duties And Responsibilities Performs other related duties as assigned." but that's part of responsibilities; we can keep as part of responsibilities but not as separate heading. Also remove "Supervisory Responsibilities" maybe part of responsibilities. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all bullet points from essential duties, other duties, supervisory responsibilities, qualifications, education/experience, certificates, work complexity, work environment, physical demands? Those are substantive but maybe not required sections; we could include them under Responsibilities or Qualifications? The instruction says we can only use those specific headings; we cannot create new headings like Work Environment. So we need to fit that content somewhere else, maybe under Responsibilities or Qualifications? But those sections are about duties and qualifications; work environment is not duties or qualifications. However we must preserve all substantive information; we cannot drop it. But we cannot create a heading for it unless it's one of the allowed headings. The allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Work environment is not among them, so we cannot create a heading for it. But we could embed that content within an existing section if it fits semantically? For example, work environment could be part of About the role? Not really. But maybe we can include it as a
under Responsibilities? That would be odd but still preserving info. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." It doesn't forbid adding extra paragraphs inside sections that are not strictly about that heading, as long as we keep the heading only when there is real specific content for it. So we can put work environment paragraph under Responsibilities or Qualifications? Might be misplaced but still preserving. However the instruction also says "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." It doesn't forbid putting unrelated content under a heading; but it's better to keep sections meaningful. We could create a section "Requirements" for work environment, physical demands, etc. But Requirements is allowed heading. So we can put work environment, physical demands, work complexity under Requirements. That seems plausible: Requirements often include working conditions. So we can use Requirements section for those details. Thus sections: - About the role: summary paragraph. - Responsibilities: essential duties, other duties, supervisory responsibilities (maybe as bullet list). - Requirements: work complexity, work environment, physical demands (maybe also EEO? but we drop EEO as boilerplate). Also maybe "Other Job Duties" already in responsibilities. - Qualifications: education and experience (Bachelor's, MBA preferred, years experience, etc.) - Skills: advanced Excel, financial modeling, communication, judgment, problem-solving, plus certificates (CPA, CFA, CMA as plus). We must not include Benefits, Pay, Schedule as they are not stated. We must output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences. We need to use
for each section heading. Inside each section, use
for prose and
- for lists.
