Responsibilities
- Serve as CFO's operating partner for Finance operations and strategy changes
- Lead cross-functional initiatives including Lead-to-Cash optimization and global expansion
- Redesign Finance processes for improved efficiency and scalability
- Define technology priorities and requirements in partnership with the CIO
- Identify opportunities for AI and automation in Finance processes
- Collaborate with accounting and audit heads to enhance control frameworks
- Act as a trusted advisor to CFO and executive leadership on transformation strategy
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic finance or FP&A leadership at public tech firms
- Successful track record of leading enterprise-wide transformation programs
- Expertise in Lead-to-Cash processes and consumption-based business models
- Experience driving cross-functional initiatives involving Finance, Sales, and IT
- Strong understanding of public company financial reporting and SOX compliance
- Ability to influence at all organizational levels, including Board executives
- Advanced degree (MBA preferred); CPA or CFA is a plus
