About the role

We're seeking a strategic finance leader who can bridge operational excellence with sophisticated financial planning for our Wellbeing business. As our Senior Director of Finance for Wellbeing Operations, you'll partner with leadership to drive operational efficiency and cross-functional decision-making that directly impacts business growth and client satisfaction.

• Wellbeing expertise focus: Lead financial operations specifically for the Wellbeing business with deep understanding of member engagement, program delivery, and platform services economics
• Cross-functional leadership: Serve as key member of the Wellbeing Leadership Team, contributing to strategic initiative planning and partnership
• Operational partnership: Coordinate between Finance and Wellbeing leadership to drive measurable operational excellence and efficiency improvements
• Pricing strategy ownership: Develop and maintain pricing frameworks while leading financial modeling for RFPs, renewals, and client-specific proposals

Responsibilities

• Drive Wellbeing financial excellence by coordinating between Finance and Wellbeing leadership to enhance operational excellence while overseeing financial planning and analysis for core Wellbeing functions.
• Manage strategic initiatives by tracking unit cost metrics, identifying cost drivers, and implementing performance improvement initiatives while evaluating investments in tooling and staffing.
• Support business development by leading financial modeling for RFPs, renewals, and client-specific proposals while providing financial oversight for large client implementations.
• Optimize vendor relationships by evaluating vendor contracts and outsourcing models for financial efficiency and scalability while partnering with Commercial and Product teams on pricing implications.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration as a key Wellbeing Leadership Team member, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making while supporting operational capacity planning.
• Lead pricing strategy by developing and owning pricing frameworks for Wellbeing services, including maintaining comprehensive Wellbeing pricing models and ensuring alignment with margin targets.
• Own the metrics that matter by defining and tracking the KPIs behind Wellbeing performance — member engagement and participation rates, product margin, and retention and renewal economics — and turn them into decisions leadership can act on.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 7 years work experience in similar finance leadership position
• 7+ years progressive responsibility with demonstrated leadership abilities through work progression

Skills

• Experience with NetSuite and Anaplan platforms preferred
• Comfort using AI and automation tools to speed up financial analysis, modeling, and reporting — and a point of view on where they can drive efficiency across Wellbeing finance
• Experience producing results using varied media including MS Office formats and dashboard/visualization tools

Pay

This position offers a base salary range of $195,000 - $220,000, depending on location, skills, and experience.
