Vice President, Finance

Requirements

• SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting
• Own SEC reporting readiness and capital markets workstreams
• Research and document complex or judgment-heavy accounting matters
• Build out investor-facing financial materials
• Support capital markets transactions
• FP&A & Business Partnership
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting
• Translate program and headcount plans into financial models
• Prepare Board-level financial reports
• Drive finance systems and process improvements

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
• CPA strongly preferred
• Big Four public accounting background strongly preferred
• Experience with SEC reporting cycles and public company financial operations required
• Direct, hands-on experience with clinical trial accounting preferred
• Excellent communication skills
