Chambersburg Waste Paper is seeking a Vice President of Finance to serve as a key member of the senior management team and provide strategic financial leadership that supports the company’s continued success and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be a hands-on executive who combines strong financial and accounting expertise with the ability to develop strategy, guide decision-making, and ensure the integrity of the company’s financial operations. A collaborative individual, the Vice President of Finance will partner closely with the President/Owner and senior leaders to oversee accounting, finance, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and financial planning. The Vice President of Finance will also lead the accounting function, strengthen internal controls, and provide timely, actionable financial insight that supports profitability, growth, and informed business decisions across the organization.
