Vice President Field Services
About the Role
Lead a growing multi-region service organization at the center of customer uptime and fleet performance. This executive role involves setting strategy, strengthening the leadership team, and scaling field operations as our fleet and customer base grows. The Vice President of Field Services will lead through the Director of Field Services to create a consistent, high-performing service organization across multiple operating regions. This hands-on executive role connects strategy to execution, balancing safety, customer responsiveness, equipment reliability, workforce capacity, and financial performance. The position reports to the CEO and serves as a member of the senior leadership team.
