Vice President Facilities

About the role

We are seeking a Vice President of Facility Management Operations to lead our team at AAFES HQ in Dallas. This role is ideal for a seasoned facilities executive with strong operational, strategic, and military support skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Facilities Management Operations (FMOs)
• Guide environmental and energy programs
• Shape Air Force Property Fund (APF)/National Air and Space Force (NAF) policy execution
• Collaborate directly with senior military leaders

Requirements

• 12+ years in facility operations or construction management
• Executive-level leadership experience
• Strong command of DODI 1015.15 and AR 215-8/DAFI 34-110
• Experience working with Department of Public Works (DPW) and Bureau of Construction and Engineering (BCE) processes
• History of engagement with 2- and 3-star commands
