Key responsibilities

  • Partner closely with various stakeholders to develop an annual corporate event strategy that supports the broader goals of the organization.
  • Plan and execute small intimate bespoke events for internal clients.
  • Cook up events, communication campaigns, and marketing collateral; track registrations and engagements and utilize data to modify your outreach, engagement, interactions, and strategy accordingly.
  • Craft an event-in-a-box playbook and resource center to scale events.
  • Own systems management and reporting for team dashboards and platforms. Conduct regular reporting of engagement activities; produce post-event analysis, budget evaluations, and participant feedback for internal stakeholders; incorporate lessons learned into future plans.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience planning and executing large-scale corporate events in a fast-paced environment.
  • 4+ years of experience planning and executing small personal bespoke events.
  • Proven track record of supporting high-quality, memorable experiences and managing to a budget.
  • Demonstrated ability for accuracy and thoroughness; someone with an eye for detail, an appreciation for nuance, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to participate in cross-functional team event execution from idea through execution and post-production analysis.
  • High EQ; able to persuade, influence, and build trust at the team and executive levels.
  • Strong partnership skills – we are connectors at our core and find joy in building trust connections across the enterprise, within our portfolio, and with the industries we operate.
  • Effective project management across functional initiatives; you enjoy thinking about organizational processes and improvements, internal communications, and creating consistently high-end experiences. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and translating goals into meaningful plans and metrics.
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes, follow-through, taking initiative, and demonstrated resilience when plans shift or challenges arise under pressure.

Compensation

  • The base salary for this New York-based position ranges from $150,000 - $175,000, depending on experience, skills, and responsibilities.
  • Actual salary may vary based on qualifications and the level at which the role is hired.
  • In addition to the base salary, the role includes a discretionary incentive compensation program, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and life insurance, retirement plans, tax-free savings options, and access to additional healthcare programs.
