Summary

The EH&S Vice President is responsible for the strategic development and implementation of EH&S programs and policies to ensure regulatory compliance, promote workplace safety, and minimize environmental impact.

Key Duties

• Foster a strong EH&S culture
• Lead EH&S personnel
• Manage risk
• Oversee incident investigations
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies
• Analyze EH&S performance to achieve business goals
• Provide customer EH&S interface
• Provide regular summary updates to executive leadership and the board of directors
• Demonstrate a high degree of initiative
• Work effectively in a matrix organizational structure
• Report directly to the COO (initially report to the EVP, EH&S)
