Responsibilities
- Lead the ERM function transformation, building processes and tools aligned with enterprise goals
- Reevaluate existing risk frameworks for better visibility and accountability
- Drive proactive monitoring and analysis of trends and associated risks
- Develop a comprehensive risk and resilience program adopted across the organization
- Foster a risk-aware culture aligning strategy with ERM objectives and risk appetite
- Establish an ERM roadmap with milestones and staffing strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams for coordinated risk management efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 15+ years of risk management or compliance experience, specifically in healthcare
- 10+ years of leadership experience in risk management roles
- Proven track record in enhancing or revamping an ERM function with external partnerships
- Solid understanding of healthcare regulations and risk frameworks
