About the role

Vice President, Enterprise Architecture at Springbrook Software is responsible for leading the strategic direction of the company’s technology infrastructure. This includes overseeing the design, implementation, and management of enterprise architecture solutions that support business growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement enterprise architecture strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the design and development of scalable and secure IT systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document enterprise architecture principles and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor trends in technology and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to IT professionals within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture roles.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and leadership.
  • Experience with major enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud computing platforms and technologies.
  • Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
