Responsibilities
- Co-lead multi-year Economic Opportunity strategy development
- Lead evolution of technical approaches and evidence-based programming
- Collaborate on emerging trends in workforce development and market systems
- Oversee global EO portfolio ensuring excellence in implementation and compliance
- Drive accountability for revenue targets and program outcomes
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in international development, Economics, or related field
- 15+ years managing complex national/international development programs (12+ years with PhD)
- 9+ years in senior leadership managing large portfolios and teams
- Experience in international NGOs or mission-driven organizations
- Strong expertise in project management, strategic planning, and organizational leadership
