Vice President, Director, Business Leadership
Responsibilities
- Responsible for growth and profitability of top-tier retail account and attaining annual revenue and contribution margin targets.
- Provide category and channel expertise and leadership in guiding internal teams across the agency to meet client goals, ensuring that brand strategy and objectives are met.
- Integral member of brand team within the agency, developing and managing client business while leading strategy development for assigned account(s).
- Foster strong relationships across the client marketing team and proactively troubleshoot conflicts with clients.
- Develop and delivers compelling client/new business presentations.
- Proactively work to grow client business across the agency's core disciplines.
- Lead Business Leadership and cross discipline agency teams in developing and delivering exceptional programs, flawlessly executed while meeting client needs.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree - preferably in Marketing, preferred 12+ years agency Account Management experience marketing Retail, shopper, and commerce experience greatly valued.
- Self-motivated and able to problem solve in a live, onsite event environment.
- Experienced in strategic thinking and ability to see, articulate and drive to the big picture.
- Passionate and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional verbal & written communication skills and adept at communicating effectively across all levels.
- Well-versed in business development, strategic thought leadership and creative development skills.
- Ability to perform well in fast-changing environments.
- Demonstrated success in leading multi-disciplinary teams in delivering exceptional work within budget parameters.
Benefits
The salary range for this position is $165,000 to $180,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; location and region; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
Pay
SALARY RANGE: $165,000.00 - $185,000.00
Schedule
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
