Vice President & Deputy General Counsel, Compliance & Ethics (Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer)
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections with real specific content. We need to parse the posting.
We have "Who We Are" description, "Primary Purpose", "Strategic Context", "Leadership Competencies", "Primary Duties", "Job Scope", "Leadership", "Key Performance Indicators", "Key Internal & External Relationships", "Minimum Qualifications", "Preferred Qualifications", "Benefits". Also note about hybrid position, schedule: "Employees are required to be in office at least three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)." That's schedule info. Pay: "Annual salary will vary based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors: $240,000.00/Yr. – $330,000.00/Yr." So we have Pay and Schedule sections.
We also have Benefits described.
We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. No Job ID.
We need to use for each section heading. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate etc.
We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe combine Who We Are and Primary Purpose?), Responsibilities (Primary Duties, Job Scope, Leadership?), Requirements (Minimum Qualifications), Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications?), Skills (maybe Leadership Competencies?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We must only include sections when posting has real specific content. All these have content.
We need to ensure not to create empty sections.
Let's extract content.
Who We Are: description about Exelon, mission, etc. That's about the company, could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" usually describes the role, but we have "Who We Are" about company. Could treat as "About the role"? Might be okay. But maybe better to have "About the role" summarizing the role purpose (Primary Purpose). However we have "Primary Purpose" section describing role. So we could use "About the role" for Primary Purpose. And "Who We Are" could be omitted? But we must preserve ALL substantive information; cannot omit. So we need to include that info somewhere. Could create a section "About the company" but not in allowed headings list. The instruction says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings? It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect only those headings. So we need to map all content into those headings.
Thus we need to fit "Who We Are" into maybe "About the role" or "Responsibilities"? Probably "About the role" can include company overview and role purpose. We'll include both.
Responsibilities: Primary Duties, Job Scope, Leadership, Key Performance Indicators? Actually KPIs maybe part of responsibilities. We'll include Primary Duties, Job Scope, Leadership, Key Performance Indicators as responsibilities.
Requirements: Minimum Qualifications.
Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications.
Skills: Leadership Competencies (these are skills/competencies). Could also include skills like public speaking etc.
Benefits: Benefits section.
Pay: Salary range.
Schedule: Hybrid position info.
We must not repeat job title as heading.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Not present.
We must not include duplicated lines.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for responsibilities we should list duties as
- . For requirements list as
- . For qualifications list as
- . For benefits list as
- . For skills maybe list as
- .
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we must keep the exact phrasing? Not necessarily exact but must not lose detail. We can rephrase but must keep all info. Safer to copy sentences.
Let's extract each piece.
