Vice President, Data Driven Marketing
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content.
We need to parse the job description.
First, note: The job title is Vice President, Data-Driven Marketing. Not to repeat as heading.
We need to extract sections:
- About the role: The paragraph starting "The Role As a Vice President...". Could be "About the role". We'll put that content.
- Responsibilities: The list of duties after "The Role" maybe includes bullet-like sentences. We need to identify responsibilities: "Lead marketing analytics, performance metric frameworks, executive scorecards, and target forecasting. Provide standard monthly / quarterly executive reporting, strategic insights, and recommendations to senior leadership. Provide marketing teams with practical insights on content, digital channel, or audience targeting improvements Lead the build and evolution of marketing performance dashboards for self-service analytics on demand Drive test-and-learn experimentation methodologies including A/B testing and optimization programs. Leverage predictive analytics, propensity modeling, and look-alike modeling to improve audience targeting. Partner with the advanced analytics team in the development of target audience attribute profiles. Develop product and solution digital marketing nurture journeys that driver higher engagement and lead conversion. Lead the use of Adobe Analytics, Sitecore, Tableau, Salesforce, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Influence taxonomy, tagging, and content management lifecycle data, systems, and workflows. Partner with advanced analytics, architecture, and data teams to advance the marketing data foundation. Build and develop a high-performing analytically minded team. Partner in the development and implementation of methods for lead management, scoring, routing, and nurturing."
We can format as - each.
- Requirements / Qualifications / Skills: The "Expertise And Skills You Bring" section includes bullet-like items. Could be split into Requirements (education) and Skills. But we can combine maybe as "Qualifications" and "Skills". The instruction: use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content.
We have:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Requirement)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and digital channel best practices (Skill)
- Willingness to take action to drive initiatives forward... (Skill)
- Strong executive presence and influence with senior stakeholders. (Skill)
- Deep understanding of marketing KPIs, attribution, and customer journey (Skill)
- Experience developing forecast models, scorecards, and executive reporting. (Skill)
- Expertise in testing methodologies, optimization, and outcome measurement. (Skill)
- Knowledge of audience segmentation, predictive analytics, and look-alike modeling. (Skill)
- Advanced experience with Adobe Analytics, Sitecore, Tableau, Salesforce, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. (Skill)
- Understanding of taxonomy concepts, tagging frameworks, and data governance. (Skill)
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. (Skill)
- Ability to be both creative and analytical, leverage performance analytics to make data-driven decisions, and apply a working knowledge of data science concepts, practices, and statistical analysis methods (Skill)
- Understanding of AI, LLM, and the potential impact they can have in transforming reporting and analysis functions (Skill)
- Strong sense of accountability owning successes and failures (Skill)
Also "Certifications Series 07 - FINRA, Series 24 - FINRA Category Marketing" maybe a qualification.
We could have a "Qualifications" section for degree and certifications. And a "Skills" section for the rest.
But we need to avoid thin sections; maybe combine into one "Requirements and Skills" but instruction says we can have separate headings if content. We'll decide to have:
- About the role
- Responsibilities
- Qualifications (degree, certifications)
- Skills (list of expertise)
- Benefits (the paragraph about benefits)
- Pay (salary range)
- Schedule (onsite working model description)
We need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to remove boilerplate: immigration sponsorship note, Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model description (but we need schedule). Actually schedule: we have description of onsite working model. That's schedule info. We'll include schedule section.
Benefits: paragraph about benefits.
Pay: base salary range.
We also have "Note, the application window closes when the position is filled or unposted." That's application instruction, remove.
Also "Please be advised that Fidelity’s business is governed by the provisions..." legal boilerplate remove.
Also "Note: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position." That's a note but maybe not boilerplate? It's a specific condition; could be included maybe in a short paragraph? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Immigration sponsorship note might be considered a condition but not boilerplate? It's a specific note about sponsorship. Might be considered relevant? The instruction says remove boilerplate; not sure if this is boilerplate. It's a specific condition; but could be kept as a short p. However they said "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." Immigration note could be minor metadata; we could fold into a short p under About the role or drop. Safer to drop? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Immigration note is substantive? It's a condition that may affect eligibility. I'd keep it as a short p under About the role maybe.
But they said remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Immigration note is not exactly those; it's a sponsorship note. I'd keep it.
We'll include a short p after About the role: "
Note: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.
"
Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
We'll structure:

Check for any duplicated content: We have not included the "The Team" paragraph. That's substantive; maybe we should include as "About the team" but not a listed heading. Could add a section "The Team" but not in prescribed headings list. The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., not limited to those? It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use those headings; we could also add other headings if needed, but better to stick to those. The "The Team" paragraph could be folded into About the role or maybe a separate section "About the team" but not required. We could incorporate into About the role as an extra paragraph. Let's add after About the role paragraph
