Vice President, Customer Intelligence & CRM

This role will shape brand and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen market presence and business impact. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a consumer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and advocate for the company's long-term vision in customer engagement
• Serve as the voice of the customer in key cross-functional decisions
• Collaborate with C-suite to integrate customer insights in planning
• Manage budget and team for insights, CRM, and email/SMS functions
• Create and execute the annual insights roadmap aligned with priorities
• Lead research initiatives for brand health and perceptions
• Develop CRM strategies for customer acquisition and retention

Qualifications

• 15+ years in consumer insights, CRM, or customer strategy with senior leadership experience
• Proven ability to build and scale functions from inception
• Experience managing significant budgets and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong expertise in segmentation and lifecycle strategies at an enterprise level
• Exceptional communication skills, especially at executive levels
• Ability to translate complex data into strategic narratives
• Background in luxury, fashion, or premium retail is a plus

Pay

$265,000 – $335,000 annually
