Responsibilities
- Lead the development and operationalization of enterprise-level strategies with executive and cross-functional leaders
- Support corporate development activities, including evaluations of acquisitions and partnerships
- Ensure strategic alignment across business units by partnering with senior executives
- Create compelling executive, board, and investor materials to communicate strategic concepts
- Oversee high-impact strategic projects from analysis through implementation planning
- Establish trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decisions using strong business judgment
Qualifications
- 4-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking, business operations, or corporate development
- 5+ years of M&A experience in investment banking is strongly preferred
- Experience with strategic planning, M&A, and executive-level decision support in a corporate strategy role or management consulting firm
- Background in digital health, pharmacy, PBM, healthcare technology, or related industries
