Vice President, Construction & Development, North Bay

About the role

Under the direction of the Executive Vice President (EVP) of Bay Area Development, the Vice President of Construction & Development, North Bay is responsible for managing all aspects of capital expenditures in order to assist The Bay Club Company reach its overall strategic vision for the planning and execution of capital for the regional clubs. This role will incorporate an emphasis on construction development and working alongside general contractors and outside vendors on various projects to ensure highest quality for lowest cost. This position will also provide support of facilities management as needed in partnership with club senior leadership teams.
