Vice President, Connected Media Solutions
About the role
The Vice President, Connected Media Solutions serves as a trusted advisor to agency and client teams, connecting business and marketing objectives to the right mix of CMS offerings. This role blends strategy, storytelling, and consultative selling to unlock growth opportunities and deliver measurable value.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to agency and client partners, building credibility and confidence.
- Develop growth plans aligned to client objectives, agency priorities, and CMS opportunities.
- Lead conversations that position CMS offerings as drivers of business value.
- Collaborate with internal product and activation teams to shape cohesive solutions.
- Create compelling narratives and materials that clearly articulate CMS value.
- Monitor pacing and forecasting across accounts, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
- Model CMS values and inclusive leadership behaviors in all interactions.
Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in media, advertising, marketing, or related fields, with a background in consultative sales or agency leadership.
- Proven ability to connect media solutions to client objectives through strategic storytelling and consultative selling.
- Experience partnering within complex, matrixed organizations.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities.
- PREFERRED: Broad experience across media and marketing channels—including programmatic media, advanced television, influencer marketing, retail media, and traditional media—with familiarity in identity and data-driven solutions.
