We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings where content exists. Must not repeat job title. Use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to extract content from posting. First, identify sections: There's a Role Overview (maybe "About the role"). Then Job Responsibilities (list). Then Requirements (list). There's no explicit Qualifications separate; maybe Requirements covers qualifications. There's no Skills separate. No Benefits, Pay, Schedule mentioned. So we should only include sections that have real content: About the role (from Role Overview paragraph), Responsibilities (list), Requirements (list). Possibly also "Qualifications" but we can treat Requirements as qualifications; but instruction says use headings like Qualifications if present. Not present, so omit. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent. Remove boilerplate: The initial fluff about Circana, mission statements etc. Should we include that in About the role? The Role Overview paragraph starts after that fluff. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." The fluff about Circana is generic company description; is it substantive? It's not specific to the role. Likely we should omit boilerplate like mission statements, but the Role Overview paragraph is specific to role. The earlier paragraphs about Circana are generic; we should remove them as boilerplate/navigation? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The generic company description might be considered boilerplate but it's not explicitly listed. However it's not specific to the role; but it's still substantive info about company. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; but also says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. The company description could be considered part of "About the role" maybe? But the Role Overview already covers role specifics. The earlier fluff is more about company culture; could be considered boilerplate but not explicitly listed. Safer to include it as part of About the role? However the instruction says "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." It doesn't forbid including company description. But we should aim to keep only role-specific content. The earlier paragraphs are generic marketing fluff; they could be considered boilerplate. I'd drop them. Thus About the role content: The Role Overview paragraph(s). Let's extract: "Role Overview The VP, Compensation Strategy, Design, and Architecture is responsible for establishing, governing, and evolving Circana's enterprise-wide job architecture and broad-based compensation framework. This role owns the foundational structures that define how work is organized, evaluated, leveled, and compensated globally, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with business and talent strategies. The VP leads the design and ongoing stewardship of Circana's job architecture, including job families, career streams, level definitions, job evaluation methodologies, leveling criteria, and related governance processes. The role also owns the design of market-aligned compensation structures and frameworks that support equitable, competitive, and consistent pay practices across the organization. Working closely with Compensation Administration, Total Rewards, Talent Management, HR Business Partners, and business leaders, this role will lead the transformation of Circana's current-state framework into a modern global architecture that supports organizational growth, workforce planning, career development, and compensation decision-making. In partnership with external subject matter experts, the VP will establish sustainable governance practices for maintaining and evolving the architecture over time, including processes for creating, modifying, evaluating, and retiring jobs as business needs evolve. In addition to designing the future-state framework, this role will play a critical leadership role in driving organizational adoption, stakeholder alignment, and change management to ensure successful implementation of large-scale compensation and workforce architecture transformation initiatives." That's the Role Overview. Now Responsibilities: list under "Job Responsibilities" with subheadings like Job Architecture Design & Framework Development, Global Pay Structure & Salary Range Design, External Job Evaluation & Architecture Partnership, Job Evaluation Methodology, Architecture Governance & Evolution, Career Frameworks & Talent Alignment, Compensation Framework Governance. Each has bullet-like sentences (some are paragraphs). We need to use

  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should turn each responsibility item into
  • . Could also keep subheadings as

    ? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't say we cannot have subheadings inside; but we should follow that only those headings are used. Probably we should not add extra headings; just have a

    Responsibilities

    then a
      with
    • items each representing a responsibility area. We need to preserve all substantive information; we can condense each bullet into a sentence summarizing the duty but not invent. We can keep the detailed sentences as
    • content. Thus we will create
    • for each of the seven responsibility areas, each containing the description text. Similarly Requirements: list enumerated with numbers. We'll turn each requirement into
    • . We must not include any filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections because not mentioned. Thus final HTML:
