Vice President, Change Management & Organization Design

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, Change Management & Organization Design to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This leader will shape enterprise-wide change and organizational design strategies that support a modern, AI-enabled way of working. The role will partner closely with value stream leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption, strengthen capabilities, and improve operating effectiveness across the organization. It is a highly visible leadership position focused on aligning people, process, and communication to accelerate transformation.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Pay

$180,000 – $220,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own and execute change and capability-building programs with value stream leaders.
• Build and lead AI-enabled change management strategies and frameworks.
• Drive enterprise adoption of new working methods through compelling narratives.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to modernize work processes.
• Develop communication and training strategies to accelerate change adoption.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in organization design and workforce strategy.
• 5+ years leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives at a senior level.
• Proven success in organization redesigns and operating model transformations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in workforce insights and business metrics.
• Experience with AI-enabled workforce transformation and adoption of GenAI tools.
