Vice President, AI Transformation & Value Creation

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, AI Transformation & Value Creation to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This leader will drive enterprise-wide AI strategy and translate it into measurable business value across the organization. The role will focus on identifying high-impact use cases, prioritizing initiatives, and building the governance needed to scale AI responsibly. This person will partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to advance transformation efforts, strengthen decision-making, and deliver meaningful operational outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise AI transformation roadmap
• Identify high-value AI opportunities aligned with strategic objectives
• Manage an enterprise portfolio of AI initiatives
• Lead cross-functional AI transformation programs
• Establish AI governance frameworks and define KPIs
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and vendor solutions
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership

Qualifications

• 12+ years of leadership experience in transformation or strategy fields
• Proven success with enterprise-scale transformation programs
• Experience in AI, GenAI, automation, or advanced analytics
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred

$150,000 – $200,000 annually
