Vice President, AI Context Content Management

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, AI Context Content Management to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This leader will shape an enterprise knowledge strategy that supports broader AI adoption and improves how critical information is organized, governed, and applied across the organization. The role will focus on transforming institutional knowledge into scalable assets that strengthen decision-making, data trust, and operational consistency. This executive will partner closely with technology and leadership stakeholders to align knowledge management with governed, secure source data and measurable business outcomes. The position also carries responsibility for building a framework for the lifecycle management of knowledge assets while leading a specialized team focused on data governance and content quality. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $171,900 – $326,900 annually Responsibilities Own and execute the enterprise knowledge strategy to enhance AI adoption Transform critical institutional knowledge into scalable information assets Establish a framework for the lifecycle management of knowledge assets Collaborate with technology teams to align knowledge with trusted data sources Communicate knowledge strategy progress and outcomes to senior leadership Maintain a robust data governance framework for accuracy and security Lead and develop a high-performing team of data governance specialists Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 10+ years of related experience, including prior management experience Prior healthcare and/or managed care industry experience strongly preferred Experience in data governance and AI content management Strong leadership and team development skills Benefits Comprehensive health insurance 401K and stock purchase plans Tuition reimbursement Paid time off plus holidays Flexible work schedules including remote and hybrid options Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
