Responsibilities

• Work in a team-oriented and safety-conscious environment.
• Operate and demonstrate knowledge of simple and complex heavy industrial equipment.
• Aid in formulating preventive maintenance and work procedures.
• Provide work order feedback on discrepancies noted in service delivery.
• Execute tests in strict compliance with task procedures.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and software are up-to-date with the latest vibration technology.
• Perform balancing procedures on equipment in the field as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all company/customer regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain positive customer and employee relations.

Requirements

• Possess a high school degree or an approved GED.
• Five years’ experience in industrial maintenance/predictive maintenance preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a team-oriented and safety-conscious environment.
• Must have the ability to observe details at close range.
• Must have control precision and manual dexterity.
• Must have substantial lifting capabilities (up to 50 pounds).
• Must be able to move for extended or continuous periods of time.
• Must be able to ascend and descend staircases, ladders, and step stools.
• Must have the ability to operate applicable hand tools, power tools, and equipment.
• Must be able to operate forklifts or other vehicles in a safe manner.
• Must wear a respirator while performing job duties.
• Must have the ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
• Must have the ability to arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules.

Skills

• Proficient in use of computer software (Microsoft Office, etc...)
• Strong troubleshooting skills

Pay

$17.64 - $20.75 per hour

Schedule

4 10-hour days Monday through Thursday or 5 8-hour days Tuesday through Friday, 7a-5:30p OR 5 8-hour days 7a-3:30p
