Responsibilities
- Work in a team-oriented and safety-conscious environment.
- Operate and demonstrate knowledge of simple and complex heavy industrial equipment.
- Aid in formulating preventive maintenance and work procedures.
- Provide work order feedback on discrepancies noted in service delivery.
- Execute tests in strict compliance with task procedures.
- Ensure tools, equipment, and software are up-to-date with the latest vibration technology.
- Perform balancing procedures on equipment in the field as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all company/customer regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain positive customer and employee relations.
Requirements
- Possess a high school degree or an approved GED.
- Five years’ experience in industrial maintenance/predictive maintenance preferred.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work in a team-oriented and safety-conscious environment.
- Must have the ability to observe details at close range.
- Must have control precision and manual dexterity.
- Must have substantial lifting capabilities (up to 50 pounds).
- Must be able to move for extended or continuous periods of time.
- Must be able to ascend and descend staircases, ladders, and step stools.
- Must have the ability to operate applicable hand tools, power tools, and equipment.
- Must be able to operate forklifts or other vehicles in a safe manner.
- Must wear a respirator while performing job duties.
- Must have the ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
- Must have the ability to arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules.
Skills
- Proficient in use of computer software (Microsoft Office, etc...)
- Strong troubleshooting skills

Pay
$17.64 - $20.75 per hour
Schedule
4 10-hour days Monday through Thursday or 5 8-hour days Tuesday through Friday, 7a-5:30p OR 5 8-hour days 7a-3:30p
