Vibrant Living Assistant (Activities) - Full Time

About the role

Other organizations sometimes call this role an Activities Assistant, but Brightview Senior Living uses the title Vibrant Living Assistant. Vibrant Living Assistants play a key role in helping residents live an active, vibrant life.

Responsibilities

• Get to know residents to help plan and implement spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional programming that engages and fulfills them.
• Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
• Participate in activities such as games, painting, singing, and music, and help organize and run these events.
• Utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily activities.
• Occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents (age 21 or over) to and from events.
• Help set up and break down events and activities.

Qualifications

• Quickly connect with people and enjoy learning about them.
• Talents in singing, dancing, art, poetry, history, trivia, or similar creative areas.
• Positive attitude and high energy.
• Active driver’s license in good standing.

Pay

Salary range: $18.50 – $21.25 per hour. This range reflects potential base pay and does not include bonuses, additional incentives, or the value of the benefits program. Offers consider experience, qualifications, location, community size, certifications, and training.
