About the role
Vialto Partners is seeking a dynamic and experienced Data Scientist to join our team. This role will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to drive business insights and inform strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable data-driven solutions
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data science and analytics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data science or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, and SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
Qualifications
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their applications
- Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark
- Understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud
Skills
- Proficiency in Python and R
- Experience with data visualization tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
