Earn a $500 new driver partner promotion and $32.00/hr driving on the Via platform in Madison, WI! Via is working with Madison-area School Districts to provide a transportation service for students and adults in the city.
About the role
We are looking for driver partners who will transport passengers safely to their destinations. Via uses app-based technology to make transportation more efficient. Driver Partners are independent contractors who are self-employed and have the flexibility to choose when they provide service, with no minimum commitments.

Requirements
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Are 25 years of age or older
- Complete a drug screening
- Have more than 5 years of unrestricted, US driving history
- Have at least 5 years of experience as a parent or professional caregiver
- Have personal auto insurance policy
- Pass a fingerprint-based criminal background check and motor vehicle record check (SSN needed)
- Pass a vehicle inspection
Pay
- Eligible to earn $32.00/hour for driving your personal vehicle
- $500 new driver partner promotion* (complete at least 10 hours of driving on the Via platform within 30 days of onboarding or September 2, 2025, whichever is later)
*New driver partner promotion: Time offline, including breaks, will not be included in this 10-hour minimum. This promotion may be revoked or altered at any time at Via's sole discretion, and these terms are subject to change at Via's sole discretion.
