Via Driver Partner - $100 New Driver Promo

About the role

Via uses app-based technology to make transportation more efficient. We are reinventing shared rides to help reduce congestion, lower emissions, and get passengers to their destinations efficiently. In Charlottesville, we are working with Charlottesville Area Transit (CAT) to provide the MicroCAT service, which is a corner to corner micro transit service.

Requirements

• Be 25 years of age or older
• Complete a drug screening and enroll in FTA Drug & Alcohol testing program (pre-engagement, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion testing)
• Have more than 1 year of unrestricted, US driving history
• Have a personal auto insurance policy
• Pass a background check, including criminal and motor vehicle record checks (SSN needed)
• Lease and drive a vehicle from a vehicle leasing partner

Pay

Eligible to earn up to $20/hour after any vehicle-related expenses, or up to $22/hour for driving a wheelchair-accessible vehicle, after any vehicle-related expenses
