Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional training and development to all support staff members.
• Spearhead new staff training as well as play a large role in development and implementation.
• Support your team by communicating effectively, jumping in where needed, and helping create a positive work environment.
• Contribute to a collaborative hospital culture where teamwork, respect, and continuous learning are valued.
• Maintain high standards of patient care by following hospital protocols, safety procedures, and best practices.
• Grow your skills and knowledge through collaboration, training, and opportunities for professional development.

Requirements

• Certified Veterinary Technician in the state of Arizona.
• Advanced VTS accreditation is preferred, but not required.
• Experience in training veterinary staff for at least 1 year.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Compassion, patience, and empathy when working with clients and their pets.
• Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology.
• Education, training, or experience in the veterinary field.
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to providing exceptional training to team members.
• Ability to remain calm, organized, and professional in a fast-paced environment.
