The program
VEG provides a hands-on, immersive Veterinary Technician Student Externship Program. This program allows students to gain practical experience alongside credentialed emergency veterinary technicians, covering various aspects of emergency medicine including patient triage, diagnostics, anesthesia, and inpatient care.
