We are a multispecialty practice with boarded specialists in Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Radiology, Neurology, and Critical Care. Our clients and patients also have access to ophthalmology, oncology, radiation oncology, dermatology, and radioactive iodine treatment.

Responsibilities
- Oversee patients that require radiographs in both emergency and specialty
- Safely prepare and position patients for radiographs
- Attend to patient’s needs during imaging
- Provide empathy, comfort, and unparalleled nursing care to all patients and be a strong patient advocate during the patient's hospitalization
- Maintain all equipment on a per-use basis ensuring the safety and best practice care of all patients
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience as a veterinary technician
- Comfortable taking direction from doctors and technicians
- Updated knowledge of radiation protection and safety
- Prioritize patients depending on severity and time of admit
- Comprehensive understanding of the different radiograph techniques
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written; organizational skills; proactive thinking and a positive attitude are also a must
- Positive outlook and ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and commitment to develop long-term relationships with colleagues, clients, and community is required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are required
- Honesty, integrity, and a desire to learn and have fun!
Schedule
- Sunday - Wednesday, 8am - 7pm
- Wednesday - Saturday, 8am - 7pm
Pay
$23/hr - $34/hr depending on skills, experience, and credentials
