Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in veterinary technology or related field
• Current North Carolina license as a Veterinary Technician
• Experience in an emergency setting preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians during examinations and procedures
• Administer medications and treatments
• Perform diagnostic tests and monitor patient vital signs
• Prepare patients for surgery and assist with post-operative care
• Handle administrative tasks such as charting and billing
• Provide customer service to clients and answer phone calls
