Veterinary Technician - Non-Credentialed
About the role
The Veterinary Technician supports the doctors in providing high-quality patient care and excellent client service. More specifically, the Veterinary Technician is responsible for obtaining baseline medical information, performing routine procedures, and assisting with surgery.
Responsibilities
- Obtaining baseline medical information

- Aiding in surgical operations
Requirements
- Standing for long periods
- Some heavy lifting may be involved
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a veterinary technician program
- Current certification from the American Association of Veterinary State Boards (AAAVSB)

- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary is negotiable and dependent upon experience level.
Schedule
