About the role
This is a full-time position that requires flexibility to work nights and weekends and holidays. As An ICU/Critical Care Technician, You Will:
Responsibilities
- Triage and obtain patient history
- Identify patients at risk for arrest and initiate CPR
- Place IVC's and advanced catheters like Jugular catheters, Central Lines or PICC lines.
- Monitor and care for Ventilator Cases
- Work alongside other skilled technicians and assistants in providing excellent, advanced medicine to your patients
- Have a passion for mentoring and training other co-workers
- Feel gratification of nursing critically ill patients back to health and reunite them with their pet parents
Qualifications
- Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT)
- $26.75 - $51.32/Hr pay range, dependent on experience and advancement through Kahuna leveling system
- Competitive shift differential pay for eligible hours worked for nights and weekends
- Flexible schedule: Thursday - Saturday 6 AM - 7 PM
